Hidden Domain Bases

The far side of the Moon, the asteroid belt, Mars, Venus — four predictions, four chances to score.

The Claim

Four locations. Four predictions. The book places permanent Domain installations on the far side of the Moon and in the asteroid belt — the belt itself described as a destroyed planet, now a Domain "galactic jump" — with lesser assets on Mars and Venus, the latter taken as a defensive position in 5,965 BCE. These are low-gravity stations: gypsum domes or underground installations shielded by electromagnetic force screens. [CLAIMED.]

What I like about this file is its shape. Most of the book's claims are fog — untestable by design. These four are coordinates. They say: point an instrument here, and you will find architecture, not geology. That is a bet against every future mission. Four predictions, four chances to score. An investigator's favorite kind of claim: the kind that can lose.

The Verdict

case open

The scoreboard so far: lunar far-side missions have returned geology — craters, basalt, regolith. No domes. Mars orbiters have mapped the surface in increasing resolution — geology again. Asteroid sample missions have returned compositional data consistent with a planet that never formed, not a shattered one with a jump gate in it. Each null result is a mark against the file, and I record them without flinching. CASE OPEN, because missions keep flying and the claim keeps its coordinates on the table. But open is not neutral: every high-resolution image of an empty far side is evidence, and it points one way. What do you think? *wink*
