The Scorecard

kept in public

The book’s strength is that it makes checkable claims. So we check them — hits and misses both, where everyone can see. A miss doesn’t end the investigation; hiding one would.

P30 — The four-quadrillion-year universe

MISS
The book claims: The physical universe is at least four quadrillion years old.
Measured cosmology: 13.8 billion years. The book is off by six orders of magnitude. That is not a rounding error — it is a failed prediction, kept in public.

P27 — De-extinction is impossible

OPEN
The book claims: Extinct species can’t be brought back; the creation technology is lost to the Domain.
The book’s own test, stated plainly: if a mammoth walks, the book takes the hit. The receipt is kept.

P13 — Bases on the Moon’s far side

OPEN
The book claims: The Domain runs bases on the far side of the Moon, in the asteroid belt, and on Mars and Venus.
Four predictions, four chances to score. Orbital surveys and surface missions are the test. Nothing yet — and nothing ruled out.

P16 — Pyramids were never tombs

OPEN
The book claims: The pyramids of Egypt were not burial monuments.
A functional prediction: if evidence of tombs is definitive, the book loses a point. New finds get scored honestly, either way.

P12 — Weapons that could burn the atmosphere

MISS
The book claims: Bigger weapons could consume all atmospheric oxygen.
Checkable physics, and it fails it. The surveillance claim that sits beside it stays open — split them, score them separately.

P24 — One being, two inventors

MISS
The book claims: The inventor known as both Alexander Graham Bell and Mr. Gray is one IS-BE — the same one, twice.
Two rivals fighting over a patent looks nothing like one inventor filing twice. A testable historical claim; the record fails it.

P26 — Skill without learning

MISS
The book claims: Child prodigies show skill without learning — remembered, not acquired.
Neurology finds different learning, not absent learning. A genuine miss — and the case stays open, because the phenomenon is real either way.

P32 — 60 billion Earth-like planets

HIT
The book claims: Roughly 60 billion Earth-like planets exist.
Modern exoplanet estimates land in the same neighborhood. Credit the intuition — it verifies nothing about the Domain, and the book doesn’t get to borrow cosmology’s credibility.

P7 — Metals that don’t exist on Earth

OPEN
The book claims: The Roswell craft’s hull is made of materials that do not exist on Earth.
The materials prediction is still waiting on its test. Debris analysis, either way, would move this one permanently.

P6 — ‘Biologics’ vs. no biology

OPEN
The book claims: The craft’s pilots were doll bodies animated remotely — there is no biology to find.
A standing tension: if a future retrieval report is accurate about biological material, it contradicts the book. Noted in advance, scored when it lands.
